Jennifer Lopez and Alok have joined creative forces for a collaboration presented in two different styles.

On Friday (June 26), the Brazilian musician and the pop artist released “Everything’s Fine,” a track recorded in two official versions, each designed to tell the same story from different emotional angles.

Both editions of the song — labeled as AM and PM — explore the tension between what people show the world and what they may be feeling deep down inside. Rather than making a traditional remix package, the artists developed the project as a dual-listening experience, with each version evoking a different mood while remaining rooted in the same lyrical narrative.

The song — both versions out now — pairs Lopez’s vocals with warm melodies and atmospheric production. PM invites listeners onto the dance floor with a more pronounced rhythm that conveys the song’s message.

Alok’s most recent work has pushed toward developing conceptual projects that awaken the senses. On June 5, the artist and producer unveiled Rave the World at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. The event is a new live, immersive experience inspired by rave culture. The concept is now set to make its North American debut at New York’s Pacha NYC on Aug. 1.

For Lopez, “Everything’s Fine” arrives amid a time of resurgence in the charts. The singer had renewed streaming momentum on the Billboard charts when her dance-pop anthem “On the Floor” hit the Billboard Global 200 at No. 117, thanks to a scene from the Prime Video series Off Campus, in which a character re-creates Lopez’s iconic Versace dress while dancing to the song at a Halloween party.

Both Lopez and Alok bring diverse perspectives to this collaboration, approaching it through two distinct sonic lenses. With this, they send a clear message that a single song doesn’t have to fit within a single mood, and instead remind listeners that different feelings can coexist within the same story and can transform with fluidity depending on the beat.
